This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine andthe USA-World Congress of Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery. The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Policy on Presenter and Provider Disclosure
It is the policy of the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine the USA-World Congress of Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery that the presenter and provider globally disclose conflicts of interest. The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine OCME has established policies in place to mitigate relevant conflicts of interest prior to this educational activity.
